Welcome to Trinity Preschool’s Volunteer Hub!

Thank you for stopping by to explore the many ways you can get involved at Trinity Preschool. Below, you’ll find our current volunteer opportunities—each with a brief overview to help you find the right fit. Opportunities vary in time commitment and location, with some that can be done independently from home and others that take place at school alongside fellow parents and staff.

You’re welcome to sign up for one or multiple roles, and be sure to check back as we continue to add new ways to participate. We’re so grateful for our incredible community of volunteers who help our school thrive every day!

Conference Week - Teacher Snack Table

Our amazing teachers go above and beyond every day — and during Conference Week, they’re putting in extra time to meet with families and support our children’s growth. Let’s show our appreciation by keeping them fueled and energized!

We’re asking parent volunteers to help provide prepackaged, easy grab-and-go snacks and drinks for our teachers throughout the week. Think trail mix bags, granola bars, apples, chips, candy, seltzers, or bottled drinks — anything simple that can give them a quick boost between conferences.

Thank you for helping us make Conference Week a little brighter (and tastier!) for our wonderful teachers.

*Items can be dropped off in the office

Spring Book Fair Chair:

Trinity Preschool is seeking a volunteer to chair our Spring Book Fair — a beloved event for children, parents, and teachers alike!

This role includes some at-home preparation, such as coordinating logistics with our Scholastic Representative in January and February, and partnering with the Trinity Office and Social Teams to promote the fair. On-site responsibilities include overseeing volunteers during setup, daily operations, and breakdown in March.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff while helping continue one of Trinity’s favorite traditions!

The Spring Chair will have the chance to shadow the December Book Fair Lead to learn the planning process and logistics firsthand.

Kindergarten 101

Help guide Trinity parents through one of the biggest milestones! We’re looking for volunteers whose children have recently completed Kindergarten to share their insights and experiences with parents of rising Kindergartners. The commitment is just one morning in January, talking with parents, answering questions, and easing concerns about this exciting transition. We’re looking for volunteers to represent each local preschool in the TE District. Your perspective can make a big difference for families starting this journey!
